COUNTER PIRACY RIDING CREW
GMD only employs South African Citizens who are registered under PSIRA of South Africa and, who holds the necessary security Grading required to act as security guards. Each employee goes through an administrative process in order to prove they are fit to serve as a security team member.

The candidate selection process includes minimum expectations which are required prior to any person being designated as a Maritime Security Team Member.
GMD operates a state of the art Training Centre in Cape Town, South Africa and has formed strategic partnerships with Red Security, STC-Southern Africa, ISPS Africa and PBA South Africa in order to provide our Counter Piracy Riding Crew with accredited training and certification.
