Before you commence the application process, please review our Role Requirements page and make sure you fulfill the minimum expectations required to be designated as a Maritime Security Team Member. Furthermore, please ensure that you have clear scanned copies of your below supporting documentation:

Once you have submitted your application, our HR team will conduct a standard background screening process, which will be followed with a personal interview and “Competence Evaluation System” test at our office in Cape Town, South Africa. This will include a review of what, if any, additional qualifications or documentation you might need in order to have a security career at sea, which can be facilitated via our accredited medical and training partners.
Successfully candidates will be sent on our five-day Maritime Security Officer (MSO) induction course. On satisfactory completion, you will be given an employment contract and deployed as soon as we have an appropriate project for you.
